An online embodiment and sharing group
When? 8 AM and 8 PM CET
8 AM is for #coffeeconnection, just an easy morning routine of planning the day,
8 PM is for #embodiment, talking about how you are (really) feeling, and getting a broader scope of how to get through the coming week(s)
Each session we start with a short introduction, some movement and a short meditation, followed by breath practice, and we end with sharing our thoughts, feelings and whatever we are going through in these times. We can give each other a sense of community and a feeling of being connected.
