Arwa Rangwala: the Hyperactive Visionary
Yoga of Life started as a brain-child by Arwa Rangwala, originally from Dubai, who moved to the Netherlands in 2008. After a failed marriage she found her goal in life with the (re-)discovery and development of Somatic Yoga. Somatic Yoga delves into the core of Yoga and goes into the mental state of the yoga practitioner. The focus of Somatic Yoga lies more in finding answers to underlying physical and emotional problems than the general structure of movements associated with what is currently known as modern-day Yoga that is based in physical appearance.
